Apple Juice & Specials

We are passionate about making the best quality products we can from the best apples which are carefully selected to ensure only the highest quality product. We only use 100 % cider apples in our cider apple ciders, they are free from artificial sweeteners as we do not like their taste. Our apple juice is 100 % juice, we do not dilute it with water as it is just not as good.

Apple Juice Mainly Bramley

We love this apple, it produces a clean, crisp green apple taste which needs to be blended to reduce its acidity and makes the best refreshing apple juice ever (so long as it is not too sharp!)

PREMIUM

A clean and refreshing traditional style still Somerset cider made from a dozen mainly bittersweet varieties. It has a well-balanced tannin level that appeals to both traditionalists and modern tastes alike. Available as dry and medium.

Festival

A different blend of apple varieties with a slightly lighter tannin level which is proving to be a very popular easy drinking cider. Available in dry, medium and sweet.

We make a selection of limited availability single variety ciders made from apples that can create a lovely cider without the need to be blended with other varieties. The range, which are all medium sweetness, includes:

A beautiful bitter sharp apple widely thought to have the perfect balance of sugar, acid and tannin, it makes a very classy cider

Morgan Sweet

One of the earliest cider apples that ripens in late August / early September, it is often ready for drinking at Christmas, it makes a very clean, crisp and refreshing cider
